We’re going back over to the Spearhead trail system at Jewell Ridge / Jawbone on April 3rd. This is a ride for Jeeps, Trucks, ATV’s, UTV’s. If you want to ride it, bring it! Leaving at 8am from the Food Country on Highway 19 in Abingdon (next to the Shell station). Hope to see everyone there!

Reminder – a permit is required. Please purchase your permits in advance which can be done online for Annual permits which is the best deal. You can also buy day permits at certain retailers locally.

So on Saturday December 19, 2020 we’ll do our first club meeting since the whole COVID-19 pandemic started. We’ll meet all the Governor’s requirements for having a gathering as we’ll do it in the garage where it’s a large open space, etc. In the past we’ve had some issues with separating the meeting from the party so this year we will do something different.

The club meeting will be from 5:00-6:00pm, and the Christmas party will start at 6:30pm. That’ll allow us to have different agendas and make sure we get the club business attended to.

So it’s an annual tradition to go on a ride somewhere on Black Friday. Given how 2020 has been so far I think we should at least keep up this one tradition! Social distancing in the woods…couldn’t get much better!

So if you’re not busy on Saturday Sept 26th, come over to Clint’s Farm for a cookout, bonfire and going away party for Erik. He’s headed out to serve our country for a year or so and we’ll give him a good going away!
